TMS & ERP
Push data to your existing systems
RouteLyft is a visibility data layer, not a TMS replacement. Connect your freight management system or ERP via outbound webhook to receive normalised shipment events without changing your existing workflow or data model.
Outbound Webhook Push
Configure a webhook endpoint in your TMS or WMS and RouteLyft pushes normalised events in real time — no polling required. JSON schema is versioned and documented. Webhook payloads are signed with HMAC-SHA256 for authenticity verification. Event types include customs.hold, eta.deviation, position.gap, and shipment.delivered.
No Rip-and-Replace
Keep your existing TMS or freight forwarding software. RouteLyft adds the cross-feed visibility layer on top — it does not replace the system you have invested in. A single REST POST or EDIFACT adapter is all the integration overhead required on most freight TMS platforms.
ERP and WMS Event Routing
Route specific event types — customs holds, ETA deviations beyond threshold, proof-of-delivery (ePOD) confirmations — directly into your ERP or WMS for automated exception workflows and dock-scheduling triggers.
